Overview

Nickels Farms is nestled in the scenic rolling hills of far northeast Kansas, home to some of the best quail hunting in the United States. During the ice age the area was covered by glaciers, but now it offers gentle slopes of cropland, native grass, and hardwood timber, dotted with quiet peaceful ponds. The Nickels have spent 20 years developing their native Kansas land for prime quail hunting. They manage individual tracts of land with windbreaks, hedges and fence rows that create the perfect habitat for wild quail.
